Featuring 17 live cooking stations, four bars, and a tantalizing selection of over 100 delicious dishes, Gastronomy, Dubai newest gastronomic dining venue, promises a culinary experience like no other. Located on the first floor of the world most luxurious experiential resort, Gastronomy offers panoramic views of Palm Island and Dubai Marina from its 320-seat terrace. Upon entering Gastronomy, guests will be greeted by the delightful aroma of freshly baked goods from the beloved Pastry & Bakery section. This section features 15 different types of beautifully handcrafted croissants and Danish pastries, as well as 12 varieties of artisan bread, complemented by The Deli station offering premium selections of cured meats and gourmet cheeses. For those craving a hearty English breakfast, the Western section serves the ultimate fry-up.
Nearby, the classic benedict is elevated with a choice of specially prepared turkey, veal, or salmon, making it one of the most sought-after dishes. Gastronomy turkey breast is brined for 12 hours and smoked for three hours with cherry logs for perfect flavor, the veal leg is cured for 72 hours and smoked for 11 hours, and the Atlantic salmon is cured for six hours, brushed with mustard, and smoked for one hour.
Another favorite section is The Orchard, dedicated to Mediterranean and Middle Eastern bites, offering a delectable array of dishes, including the famous avocado on toast with hot smoked salmon, truffle labneh with dukkha, and Arabic Mezze.

Guests will have the opportunity to curate their own dining experience, exploring various live cooking stations and counters offering delectable dishes.
This dinner experience will showcase international and regional favorites across diverse sections, including Southeast Asian specialties from a dedicated station, grilled meats from the charcoal and wood grill, prized oysters, succulent seafood from the Seven Seas, and Mediterranean and Middle Eastern delights from the Orchard.
The dinner service will tantalize taste buds with an irresistible selection of signature dishes, such as Australian Angus beef cooked over mangrove and cherrywood, 12-hour smoked brisket, Arabic hot mezze with exotic flavors, hand-crafted dim sum, butter chicken, and flavor-packed prawn biryani.
Beverages will play a significant role in enhancing the dinner service at Gastronomy, with a premium drinks menu. The Vineyard wine room at Gastronomy will feature classic regions like Burgundy, Tuscany, and California, along with a focus on emerging and innovative regions, including Lebanon, Portugal, and China.
