Corinthia Hotels and Dubai General Properties have announced an ambitious partnership to create a landmark hotel and residential development in the heart of Dubai, set for completion by 2030.

Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, near the renowned Museum of the Future, the project will feature two towers soaring over 1,640 feet. These modern architectural marvels will be connected by a stunning cantilevered sky lobby, suspended 656 feet above the ground.
