Nobu Monte-Carlo: Spring Reopening and Hanami Celebration

Nobu Monte-Carlo: Spring Reopening and Hanami Celebration

On Thursday, March 6th, Nobu Monte-Carlo will reopen its doors for an exceptional spring season. To mark this renewal, Nobu Monte-Carlo highlights the tradition of Hanami, deeply rooted in Japanese culture, celebrating the beauty of blossoms during this season.

A Unique Culinary Journey

For over 10 years, Nobu Monte-Carlo has offered a true culinary journey, fusing Japanese and Peruvian flavors, all perfected by world-renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa. Alongside the iconic dishes that have made the restaurant famous, exclusive creations with a local touch, crafted in collaboration with talented chef Olivier Rinaldi, are specially designed for the Monaco-based restaurant.

Following its renovation in 2024, the restaurant now features natural tones and Japanese-inspired accents, while capturing the luxurious and glamorous atmosphere of Monte-Carlo. The décor subtly blends the essence of the city with a refined and calming style, incorporating natural wooden panels and soft lighting to create a warm ambiance, complemented by breathtaking views of the sea.

Spring Omakase Menu and Hanami Cocktail

To celebrate the arrival of spring, Nobu Monte-Carlo offers a seasonal seven-course Omakase menu, a true gastronomic experience available until the end of April. Chef Rinaldi has curated a series of dishes that honor the season and showcase Japanese culinary excellence with an innovative local twist.

A Culinary Journey in the Heart of Monaco

Located just steps from the up-and-coming Mareterra district, Nobu Monte-Carlo is part of a broader culinary journey within the Fairmont Monte Carlo, which houses four exceptional restaurants and bars, including one open 24/7. In 2025, the hotel will celebrate its 50th anniversary, providing visitors with a unique venue to enjoy world-class cuisine.
