La Bûche Guerlain: an exclusive creation by Chef Patrick Mesiano at Hôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo

For the very first time, Pastry Chef Patrick Mesiano unveils an exceptional festive creation: La Bûche Guerlain, inspired by the iconic olfactory universe of the House of Guerlain. This exclusive dessert accompanies the opening of the Spa Métropole by Guerlain, inaugurated this year at the Hôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo.

Guided by La Guerlinade, Guerlain’s emblematic signature since 1921, this refined creation offers a true journey of flavors, combining elegance, balance and indulgence.

A composition true to the Guerlain spirit

La Bûche Guerlain is composed of:

  • soft lemon sponge,
  • Corsican clementine marmalade,
  • vanilla and honey bavarois,
  • tonka cream,
  • orange crisp,
    all coated in Dulcey chocolate for a delicately indulgent finish.

A design inspired by a legendary bottle

Its silhouette pays tribute to the iconic Bee Bottle, created in 1853 by the House of Guerlain at the request of Napoleon III for his wedding to Empress Eugénie. A timeless symbol of French luxury, heritage and craftsmanship.

A limited-edition festive creation

Conceived as a complete sensory experience, La Bûche Guerlain embodies the meeting of haute pâtisserie, perfumery heritage, and the refined art of living of Monaco.
